Columbus to Toledo is 145 miles, about 2.5 hours door to door, and we run it with the same crew loading and unloading — no warehouse hand-off in between.
What to expect on the Toledo run
One binding written price — no reweigh, no surprise at delivery
The crew that loads in Columbus is the crew that unloads in Toledo
A delivery window you can plan around, not a two-week guess
Yes. One crew loads in Columbus and unloads in Toledo on our own truck, with no warehouse hand-off in between.
How is the Columbus to Toledo move priced?
One binding written flat rate with the mileage already counted in, approved before we load, so the drive adds nothing at your door.
How long does the Toledo move take?
Columbus to Toledo is about 145 miles, roughly 2.5 hours of driving, so we plan a real delivery window instead of a vague guess.
Do the same movers load and unload on the Toledo run?
Yes. The crew that loads in Columbus is the crew that unloads in Toledo, never a swap to a partner carrier along the way.
Are you licensed for the interstate move to Toledo?
Yes. We hold US DOT and MC authority for interstate moves plus Ohio PUCO authority in-state, fully insured on every haul.
Can you pack for the Toledo move too?
We can. Full or partial packing is available, and everything is padded and wrapped to ride the long drive safely.
Do you offer storage if my Toledo dates do not line up?
Yes. Short-term storage in transit keeps your things safe, and the same crew redelivers to Toledo when you are ready.
How far ahead should I book a Columbus to Toledo move?
Two to three weeks is ideal for a long-distance move, more in summer. Short-notice runs are possible when a crew is open.

Move day
Your crew chief walks the home, pads every doorway and floor, wraps the furniture, and loads the truck in the order it comes back off at the other end.
Unloading
At the new place we carry everything to the right room, reassemble the beds and tables we took apart, and take the empty boxes off your hands if you want them gone.
Welcome home
